- Funding amount requested and timing
- Industry, time in business, monthly revenue, business state
- Business legal name
- Your first name, last name, email address, and phone number

How we use the information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match you with appropriate funding partners from our network and share your application with them
- Communicate with you about your application — by phone, SMS, email, or autodialed/prerecorded message — but only after you have given us express written consent on the form
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website

With whom we share information
Network lender partners
When you submit our form with consent, we share your application with up to ten (10) of our network lender partners so they can contact you with offers. These partners include direct funders, working-capital providers, equipment financing companies, lines of credit providers, and ISO partners. The list of partners with whom we may share information is documented at `/partners`.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the site and our lead-routing infrastructure. These include:
- Wix — website hosting and form infrastructure
- Zapier — workflow automation that routes leads to our internal storage
- Google — analytics (Google Analytics 4) and tag management (Google Tag Manager)
- Meta (Facebook) — pixel-based ad measurement
- ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) — consent-certification audit trail required by our network lender partners
- Email and SMS infrastructure providers — for opt-out handling and operational notifications
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We share with them only the information necessary for them to provide their service to us.
Legal and safety disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, lawful subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
We do not sell your information for advertising
We share your information with our network lender partners as part of providing our matching service to you. Whether such sharing constitutes a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA depends on factual and legal analysis. For California residents, see "California privacy rights" below.
Cookies and tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Maintain your session
- Measure site analytics (pages, time on page, conversions)
- Capture attribution identifiers (UTMs, click IDs)
- Capture consent certification (TrustedForm)
- Run advertising pixels (Meta, others) on our pages so we can measure ad campaign performance
You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site functionality may not work as expected.
How long we keep information
We retain submitted form information and audit-trail data for as long as legally necessary to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and similar consumer-protection laws (typically up to four years from the date of last activity), or longer if required by a specific legal obligation, contract, or pending dispute.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on our backend storage. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or stored by the site.
Children's privacy
The site is intended for business owners age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA addendum)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding personal information we collect about you:
- Right to know. You can request a description of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete. You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You can request that we not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, email privacy@bestbusinesslender.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or use any "Do Not Sell or Share" link in our site footer.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide our service.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bestbusinesslender.com. We will verify your identity before processing any request and respond within the timeframes the law requires.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Other state privacy rights
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas) may have similar rights. Contact privacy@bestbusinesslender.com to exercise them.
Your TCPA opt-out rights
You may revoke any consent you gave us to contact you at any time:
- SMS: reply STOP to any text message you receive
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email or email privacy@bestbusinesslender.com
- Phone: ask the caller to add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list and email privacy@bestbusinesslender.com to confirm
Opt-out requests are processed promptly. Note that revoking consent prevents future contact about your application but does not retroactively delete information you already provided.
